Standard Grade
UV-Stabilized LLDPE Powder
Our standard rotomolding powder. Prime LLDPE with a UV-stabilizer package and your color compounded into the resin, then pulverized to 500 µm. Everything a tank, kayak, or outdoor part needs to hold its color and strength through years of direct sun.
Why UV-stabilized
Sunlight is the enemy. This powder is built for it.
Real UV protection
UV8-class stabilization as standard — up to UV16 for extreme climates. The package is compounded into the melt, protecting the polymer through the full wall, not just at the surface.
Color that stays
Pigment and stabilizer disperse together, so the color you approve is the color the part keeps — no chalking, fading, or streaking as seasons pass.
Strength that lasts
UV degradation embrittles unprotected polyethylene. Stabilized powder keeps its low-temperature impact performance for the part's whole service life.

Best suited for
Anything that lives outdoors
- Water & chemical storage tanks — decades in direct sun without chalking or embrittlement.
- Marine products — kayaks, pontoons, and buoys holding vivid color in saltwater UV.
- Agriculture & infrastructure — sprayer tanks, troughs, road barriers, and bollards in the field year-round.
- Playground & recreation equipment — consistent color with certified impact performance.
Molding for indoor use?
The same powder is available without the UV package, produced on request — often the economical choice for covered applications.
