On-Request Grade

Non-UV LLDPE Powder

The same rotomolding powder — identical resin, particle size, melt flow, and lot-by-lot QC — without the UV-stabilizer package. Produced on request for parts that live indoors, underground, or under cover, where you shouldn't pay for protection you don't need.

When to choose it

Same powder. No UV package. Sharper price.

Indoor & covered parts

Underground septic tanks, indoor storage bins, parts inside enclosures — anywhere sunlight never reaches, UV stabilization adds cost without adding life.

Cost-sensitive volume

On high-volume runs of covered parts, removing the stabilizer package is a real per-tonne saving with zero performance penalty in service.

Your own additive strategy

Some molders prefer to run natural powder and dose their own masterbatch. We supply the clean base and the lab data to build on.

Typical Properties

Identical spec — minus the UV package

Typical values, not a sales specification. Produced against confirmed orders with the same per-lot QC as the standard grade.

A straight answer before you order

Non-UV powder is not suitable for parts exposed to direct sunlight — unprotected polyethylene will fade and embrittle outdoors. If your part sees the sky, choose the UV-stabilized grade. Not sure which applies? Describe the application in your inquiry and we'll tell you honestly.
